Return Process

  Log in to your Clinikally account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.

  Upload clear images of the product, including the batch number and invoice, to help our dermatological team verify the condition of the items.

  Package Pickup

  Once approved, keep the item in its original packaging with all seals intact for our courier partner to collect from your doorstep.

  Refund Processing

  After the returned item passes our warehouse inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
